DPDP अधिनियम, 2023 की धारा 9 के अनुसार डेटा फिड्यूशियरी को बच्चे (18 वर्ष से कम) के व्यक्तिगत डेटा को संसाधित करने से पहले माता-पिता की सत्यापन योग्य सहमति लेनी होती है।
