रीड-ओनली मोड (Always Open Read-Only) में वर्कबुक केवल देखी जा सकती है और संपादन प्रतिबंधित रहता है। Read Aloud केवल सेल पढ़कर सुनाता है, Freeze Panes पंक्तियाँ/स्तंभ स्क्रीन पर स्थिर करता है और Print Layout एक व्यू है।
Read-Only Mode (Always Open Read-Only) lets others view the workbook but restricts editing. Read Aloud only speaks the cells, Freeze Panes locks rows/columns on screen, and Print Layout is a view.

Keep Source Formatting विकल्प से पेस्ट करने पर पाठ का फ़ॉन्ट, रंग और शैली वही रहती है जो स्रोत में थी। गंतव्य स्लाइड की थीम अपनाने के लिए Use Destination Theme का प्रयोग होता है।
Keep Source Formatting pastes the text with the same fonts, colours and style it had in the source. Use Destination Theme to adopt the destination slide's look instead.

सिस्टम की दिनांक और समय Control Panel (Clock and Region) से बदली जाती है। File Explorer फ़ाइलें, Device Manager हार्डवेयर और Task Manager चल रही प्रक्रियाएँ प्रबंधित करता है।
The Date and Time settings are changed through Control Panel (Clock and Region). File Explorer manages files, Device Manager manages hardware and Task Manager manages running processes.
