G, H की माता है; H, I की पत्नी है और I, J का पिता है, अतः H, J की माता है। G, J की माता की माता है, अर्थात G, J की नानी (माता की माता) है।

G is the mother of H; H is the wife of I, and I is the father of J, so H is J's mother. G is the mother of J's mother, so G is J's Mother's Mother.

How many boxes are placed exactly between A and G?

A ऊपर से तीसरे स्थान पर है। D और A के बीच तीन बॉक्स हैं, अतः D सातवें स्थान पर है। C-F-G क्रमागत हैं और H, C से तीन स्थान दूर है: C 4, F 5, G 6, H 1, B 2, E 8। A (3) और G (6) के बीच स्थान 4 और 5 हैं, अतः उत्तर दो है।

A is 3rd from top. D has three boxes between it and A, so D is 7th. C-F-G must be consecutive with H three places from C: C 4, F 5, G 6, H 1, B 2, E 8. Between A (3) and G (6) are positions 4 and 5, so the answer is Two.
