बीमा अधिनियम की धारा 40(1) एजेंट या मध्यस्थ के अलावा किसी को कमीशन देने पर रोक लगाती है; आउटसोर्सिंग और कमीशन उल्लंघन पर Acko पर जुर्माना लगाते समय IRDAI ने इसी का उल्लेख किया.
